Story:
The story behind this image/installation is a reflection of self. An ode to my family of Panamanian and Puerto Rican descent. This is also apart of an ongoing painting series I’ve been working on called “Peacocking”. Within the series, multiple themes of representation are explored, delving into the multifaceted layers of identity and the transformative power of self-expression through friends, family and miscellaneous individuals I’ve met over the course of this project.

This photograph was take this year 2025. But the individual photos on the mirror were take throughout the 60s-80s
